Recently refurbished hotel, sensational breakfast, good value. The breakfast with views of the heart of Madrid. A private safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar available in the guest room.

We had a great stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. The breakfast was excellent, and we loved the fantastic view of Madrid. The twin room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had wifi.

New-fashioned and romantic rooms with views of courtyard and with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. A lot of food at the excellent breakfast.

The rooms were big size with large windows, fantastic view and tea as described.

The location is magnificent and unbeatable, close to all main attractions and plenty of places to eat. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere and the staff is very helpful and extremely friendly.3. The small double room features large windows and WiFi.

The rooms with the cleaning supplies and excellent soundproofing and tea and coffee facilities. Satisfactory breakfast and a great selection of goodies.

Would have stayed for longer for walking around. The breakfasts are excellent with a fantastic view, healthy food options. The location is incredible close to everything in the Old Town. Besides, we enjoyed the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the hotel.

Everything is what i need and want!

The hotel is newly remodelled and clean with competent staff. They serve excellent breakfasts for all tastes with a fantastic view. The airport is 25 km away and the metro is 100 metres away. If going to Madrid one more time I would come here again.

I got great value for my money at Petit Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff treated me like family.

Excellant breakfast with a nice view. Magnificent and unbeatable location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a vast pedestrianized public square. Also - just off downtown shops and restaurants, metro and city center and the restaurant and reception.

It was in a terrific loction near to metro and within walking distance of just about all the major sights. It is a high tech hotel with a computer in each room. The staff were enormously helpful. I highly recommend it.
